Brooch-pendant in 18k yellow gold (750 parts per thousand) and 800 parts per thousand silver, featuring an openwork design of foliage and scrolls, punctuated by 8 old-cut diamonds in claw settings totalling approximately 0.25 carats, the whole embellished with rose-cut diamonds. The lower section is adorned with a rosette set with diamonds, holding a small diamond pendant.
The removable central diamond is secured by a screw mechanism on the reverse.
