18k yellow gold (750) pocket watch, with enamel and diamonds.
Late 19th century
A small ladies’ lapel watch in the form of a pendant, suspended from its chain.
- Round 18k yellow gold case with a body chased with foliage motifs. The reverse is adorned with a gilt guilloché medallion encircled by a band of white enamel, centred on an appliqué motif set with a rose-cut diamond. Yellow gold bail and ring.
- White enamel dial, Arabic numerals painted in black, beaded minute track. Gilded Louis XV-style hands.
- Hand-wound mechanical movement with a cylinder escapement, openworked bridges, wound via the pendant.
Accompanied by its yellow gold neck chain with jaseron links.
Gross weight: 21.58 g (including chain).
Diameter: approx. 25 mm.
Condition: Very good overall condition. White enamel well preserved with no major visible damage. Clear engraving, legible hallmarks.
