Tibet, late 19th–early 20th century.
A set of two masks, one a wall-mounted mask and the other a tripod mask, depicting wrathful deities (Mahakala?) in bronze with glass bead inlays.
Dimensions (the free-standing mask): 15.5 x 7 cm; height (the wall-mounted mask): 22.5 cm.
Included is a wall-mounted element with two lacquered cardboard storage compartments from Canton, late 19th–early 20th century.
