In the centre sits Elijah watching a raven approach, waiting to feed him bread. On the left, Elijah is asleep, an angel coming to give him bread and water. On the right is the crossing of the river Jordan, which Elijah divided with the help of his cloak. Above, Elijah starts a chariot of fire drawn by four horses towards heaven.
