SPECIAL CONDITIONS (the photographs constitute public display). Category C: To purchase Category C firearms, a valid form of identification is required. As well as a hunting licence valid for the current year and an active SIA hunter account, or a valid shooting licence and an active SIA account (opened on 27/02/24) Or a valid licence from a sports federation which, pursuant to Article L. 131-14 of the Sports Code, has been delegated authority by the Minister responsible for sport to organise shooting or clay pigeon shooting, together with an activated SIA account and proof of address. The firearm will be released at a later date following verification that the purchaser is not listed on the National Register of Persons Prohibited from Acquiring and Possessing Firearms (FINIADA). If the purchaser is listed on this register, the sale will automatically be deemed void. No viewing (except by appointment with the expert on the morning of the sale).
