As well as a valid hunting licence with validation for the current year and an active SIA hunter account; or a valid shooting licence and an active SIA account (opened on or after 27 February 24) Or a valid licence from a sports federation which, pursuant to Article L. 131-14 of the Sports Code, has been delegated authority by the Minister for Sport to organise shooting or clay pigeon shooting, along with an activated SIA account and proof of address.
