Category B: No live auction; sale by in-person attendance, written order or telephone only Professional gunsmiths holding authorisations for the acquisition, sale and trade of Category B1 firearms and ammunition may purchase this lot. They must present, prior to the sale, the originals of the relevant licences, a KBIS certificate issued within the last three months, and a valid form of identification. For private individuals wishing to bid: the SIA system opened to sport shooters on Tuesday 27 February 2024. The sale of firearms will be prohibited to FFTir licence holders who do not have an ACTIVE account (with authorisation recorded in the SIA). A valid form of identification and a valid shooting licence are required. REGISTRATION CLOSES 48 HOURS BEFORE THE SALE (to allow for the necessary checks). The firearm may be viewed by appointment. The weapon will be handed over at a later date, following verification that the purchaser is not listed in the National Register of Persons Prohibited from Acquiring and Possessing Weapons (FINIADA). If the purchaser is listed, the sale will automatically be void. Administrative processing and FINIADA check: 30 euros including VAT. As these are second-hand weapons, they are sold ‘as is’ without any guarantee from the firm or the expert; it is the bidders’ responsibility to examine the lots before they are put up for auction.
