B – no live auction) Spanish 1892 revolver no. 057090, manufactured by Orbea Cia Eibar, 8 mm calibre, Type S W, appears to be in working order, requires cleaning and degreasing, no patina - ATAR 23 expert (collection on 16/10/2026 from 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm by appointment, subject to presentation of a paid invoice and the documents listed below, which must be provided prior to the sale)
SPECIAL CONDITIONS (the photographs constitute public display). Category B: No live auction; sale by in-person bidding, written bid or telephone bid only. Professional gunsmiths holding licences for the acquisition, sale and trade of Category B1 firearms and ammunition may purchase this lot. They must present, prior to the sale, the originals of the relevant authorisations, a KBIS issued within the last three months, and a valid form of identification. For private individuals wishing to bid, the SIA opened to sport shooters on Tuesday 27 February 2024. The sale of firearms will be prohibited to FFTir licence holders who do not have an ACTIVE account (with authorisation recorded in the SIA system). A valid form of identification and a valid shooting licence must be presented. REGISTRATION CLOSES 48 HOURS BEFORE THE SALE (to allow for the necessary checks). The firearm may be viewed by appointment. The weapon will be handed over at a later date following verification that the purchaser is not listed on the National Register of Persons Prohibited from Acquiring and Possessing Weapons (FINIADA). If the purchaser is found to be listed, the sale will automatically be void. Administrative processing and FINIADA check: 30 euros (including VAT). As these are second-hand firearms, they are sold ‘as is’ without any guarantee from the firm or the expert; it is the bidders’ responsibility to examine the lots before they are put up for auction.
