PAULETTE EXPERT (1912-2001) Invitation à voyager, watercolour and gouache, SBD circa 1960/65, 68x52 cm on view, Studied at the École des Beaux Arts in Bordeaux, where she won first prize for engraving in 1933. She became a teacher in the public sector and taught at the Beaux Arts de Bordeaux from 1956 to 1976. She practised painting, watercolour and pastel, but above all engraving. Present at the Musée des Beaux Arts retrospective: "Elles sortent de leur(s) réserve(s)" in 2022 / 23
