Antimagnetic pilot's chronograph, circa 1940.
Gentleman's watch, round case in 18K 750 thousandths gold (thin clipped back cover with gilt metal dust cover), medium size.
Cream patina dial with 2 circled counters, signed Caerix at 12 o'clock and countersigned anti-magnetic 17 jewels at 6 o'clock. Square push-pieces, horn handles, spear-shaped hands and arrow and circular-grained hour-markers, gilded Arabic numerals.
Date scale on the dial flange.
Black leather strap (very damaged) with gold buckle.
