CHINA
A very rare pair of covered cylindrical porcelain pots with a powder-blue base decorated in reserves on a white background with flowers and foliage in green family enamels.
Kangxi period (1662-1722)
They have been adapted in France for silver mounting with neck and lid engraved with foliage and flowers, the knob of the lids encircled by a socket formed by two silver foliage scrolls, bearing the discharge mark of the fleur-de-lys (barely visible) Paris (1717-1722).
