A model by the sculptor Pierre Blondeau, based on the designs of the animal painter Jean-Baptiste Oudry for the ‘Surtout des Chasses’ of King Louis XVI. This hunting coat proved highly successful and was commissioned in the 19th century, notably for Henri d’Orléans, the Duke of Aumale.
