Kingdom (キングダム) Riboku Graphite and coloured pencil key animation used in the production of the anime Kingdom, based on the work of Yasuhisa Hara (原 泰久). Produced by Pierrot and Studio Signpost 2012–present, Japan H21 L29.5 cm Riboku is the main strategic antagonist in Kingdom — supreme commander of the Zhao state’s army, regarded as the finest strategist of his time. His confrontations with the generals of Qin constitute the most intellectually intense moments of the series: here, war is a life-sized game of chess.
