Pan is the daughter of Gohan and Videl, and the granddaughter of Goku — a central character in Dragon Ball GT, in which she accompanies her rejuvenated grandfather on his space adventures. Episode 29 of GT forms part of the Black Crystal Balls arc — a central phase of the series. Pan plays the role of both fighter and navigator, often proving more pragmatic and resourceful than her companions. This cell on a printed background — depicting a space or planetary setting — is a piece from the only Dragon Ball series produced entirely without a source manga, the original production cels of which are now less common in collections than those of Dragon Ball Z.
