Alice THEVIN (1862–1937), attributed to. “New York” and “View of an Italian town”, a set of two drawings in three pencils on paper, unsigned (dim. 23 × 31 cm). “Assens” (Switzerland), ink on paper, signed, dated 3 August 1920, monogrammed AT (dim. 17x24.5 cm) Alice Thévin was a French artist originally from the Oise region; she divided her time between the United States, France and Switzerland. She spent time in Barbizon during her youth. She taught art and literature for several years in Boston, Philadelphia and New York.
