A Kuba chief's staff
Carved wood in the shape of a spear, with two lozenges at one end decorated with Kuba royal symbols carved in bas-relief on both sides. The other end, in the form of a handle, is also decorated with royal Kuba motifs on both sides. A copper wire is wound around the handle at two points.
