Decorated manuscript Qur'an on paper, copied by Muha'ad bin Hatam al-Ansari al-Shafi'i, in Arabic with interlinear translation into Farsi, late 18th century.
One volume, 158 leaves, single column, 11 lines of bold black naskh throughout with interlinear translation into Farsi in red nasta'liq.
Some scattered light foxing, a few small stains, some leaves with marginal annotations in a contemporary hand.
Bound in 19th century small check morocco, spine in red morocco, hinges split with boards coming loose (roughly repaired with tape), scuffed.
