Three treatises by Seyyed Nematollah Jazayeri Manuscript on paper in three parts, in black and red ink. 18th century. 16.5 x 10 cm. Bound in soft leather. Seyyed Nematollah Jazayeri (Arabic: يرئازجلا هللا ةمعن دیس , Persian: یریازج هللا تمعن دیس ) was a prominent Shi'ite scholar born in 1640 and died in 1700, on one of the islands (hence the name Jazayeri, island: Jazireh) around Basra. He was one of the grandchildren of Musa al-Kadhim (the 7th Imam of the Shiites).
