A calligraphic manuscript containing the ninety-nine names of God Manuscript on paper, each name written in muhaqqaq script in a square on alternating pink and yellow backgrounds, key words, Persian comments written diagonally in nasta'liq script in the outer margins. 17.5 x 13.2 cm, 57 leaves. India, 19th century. Some rough repairs, water stains mainly confined to the outer margins. Later brown morocco binding, slightly worn. Provenance: Christie's sale.
