Saint Gregory of Narek (Գրիգոր Նարեկացի), The Book of Lamentations (Մատեան ողբերգութիւն) Buenos Aires, Deukmedjian imprint, 1948. This rare book, published in Argentina, includes the Old Armenian text of the famous prayer book with a new verse translation into Modern Western Armenian alongside. This edition remains the reference version for Western Armenian. Several illustrations in black and white or in colour. Frontispiece in a modern style after a drawing by Melkon Kebabdjian. The last pages have suffered from damp. Otherwise in fair condition. Later cloth binding.
