Remington – 1890 Revolver Manufactured c. 1891–94 – Serial number 7XX – Calibre 44-40 A rare model, of which 2,000 were produced, with its original nickel-plating in very fine condition despite a few small spots. There are minor marks on the cylinder, which are commonly found on Western-style firearms. The markings on the barrel and calibre remain clearly visible and are correct. The ring beneath the grip is present, as is typical of this model. The mechanism is in excellent condition, with no play in the barrel. The grip plates are made of ebony and fit perfectly. The barrel has a lustrous satin finish, free from damage, with very fine rifling (8/10) The firearm is supplied with its St Etienne classification certificate, categorised as Category D
