Type 1895, brass, leather interior.
Crest with projecting mouldings decorated on the front with a grenade.
Front brass plate embossed with a shield with a pyre, surmounted by a city crown in a surround of oak leaves on one side and laurel on the other.
The inscription at the top reads "Sapeur Pompiers de St OUEN" in a ribbon.
