Attributed to GILBERT ALBERT. Ring in 750 thousandths yellow gold, the setting with organic foliage, the open bezel able to accommodate a tiger's eye quartz bead or a steel bead. Circa 1970. Diameter of beads: 2.7 and 2.8 mm Finger: 50 Total gross weight: 20.5 g Note: Gilbert ALBERT (1930-2019) was a Swiss jeweller trained at the École des Arts Industriels in Geneva. After starting out as a watch designer with Patek Philippe and Cartier, he developed a body of work deeply inspired by nature, seeking to restore its raw beauty without transforming it. Among his most emblematic creations is the ring with interchangeable balls, a perfect illustration of his innovative approach and his taste for modularity in jewellery.
