A set of six cane-backed chairs with cabriolet-style backs. The backs are scroll-cut, decorated with a double floweret and foliage. The oblong seats have a cane-woven frame. They rest on a moulded, carved frieze at the front, supported by a curved base. Louis XV period work. NB: Extensive restoration to the frieze. Seat previously painted. H. 92.5 – D. 43.5 – W. 51 cm.
