DREFFA A bi-compax chronograph from the 1940s, featuring a round 18-carat yellow gold (750) case with a clipped case back (numbered) and bevelled lugs. Anti-magnetic metal case back. Gold-coloured (grained) dial with Arabic numerals and a painted telemeter scale. Recessed seconds sub-dial at 9 o’clock and recessed minutes sub-dial at 3 o’clock. Skeletonised hands with missing luminescent material. Square push-pieces and a gold-plated metal crown (missing parts). Leather strap with a gold-plated metal pin buckle.
