Description
Adam WEISWELLER (1744–1820), after An octagonal side table in wood and mahogany veneer, decorated with framed motifs. The veined white marble top is bordered by a moulded frame. The body, emphasised by a half-round moulding, opens to reveal two drawers and two shelves, arranged opposite each other. It rests on four fluted column-like uprights with brass inlays, joined by an X-shaped crossbar. The whole is supported by four spindle legs. Paris. Louis XVI style. 19th century.
