Paul Baudry (1828–1886) attributed to – Study of cherubs from the Church of Santa Maria del Popolo in Rome. Pen and Indian ink on vellum. 23 × 29.5 cm. 4 stains, one small perforation.
This study depicts, amongst other things, the famous bronze chandelier created by Bernini, Peter Verpoorten, Francuccio Francucci and Francesco Perone, located in a chapel of the church designed by Raphael at the request of Agostino Chigi.
