Serge Poliakoff (1900-1969) - Galerie Mony Calatchi, Exhibition for the 25th anniversary of my activities as an art dealer, 10 April to 10 May 1975. 75.5x55 cm. Original poster, lithograph. Not canvas-backed. Condition A- Slightly missing in the lower left corner. Produced in 1975 to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Galerie Mony Calatchi, this poster reproduces a work by Serge Poliakoff, a major figure in lyrical abstraction and the Nouvelle École de Paris. His work is characterised by compositions of interlocking forms and fields of colour of great intensity, based on a subtle balance between colour and structure.
