New Year’s gifts, etc. Manuscript probably composed in Soissons or the surrounding area (Apologetic Dialogue for the Soissons performance – Elections to the Academy of Soissons to replace two deceased members). The author may be Royaucourt, who is mentioned three times in polemical works. Among the figures mentioned: Lefebvre de Laubrière, Bishop of Soissons from 1731 to 1738.
