Clog-maker’s gauge Made of wood and from a single piece of timber. Straight, tapered and graduated shaft, with notches and numerals. Finishes with a stylised clog at the top. Placed flat and rests on the heel of the clog. Late 19th – Early 20th century H. 47 cm Note: a ‘pige’ is a template ruler used to measure the inside of a clog.
