School satchel Made of stained softwood, leather and metal. Rectangular in shape with a sloping lid, it is decorated with its owner’s initials, ‘F.P’, in English script and featuring nail heads. The corners are reinforced with brass brackets and leather hinges; the lid fastens with a hook, and a leather strap completes the design.
