Checkers set Made from carved and engraved Swiss stone pine. Rectangular in shape, it features a chequerboard and a compartment for the pieces, closing with a sliding lid decorated with a rosette framed by wolf’s teeth, as well as a large cartouche bearing the inscription: ‘W IB // 1953’, accompanied by stamped stars.
