Made of wood, horn, bone, brass and pewter. The first model, made of boxwood and shaped like a truncated cone, is decorated with two circular horn inlays and pewter inlays forming decorative friezes. The pestle, decorated with a bone inlay at the top, is finished with a serrated metal band. The second model, with a truncated cone-shaped body, is decorated with inlaid pewter motifs forming decorative friezes, one of which consists of crosses. The pestle, which was certainly altered at some point in the past, is topped with a highly stylised face.
