‘Narcissi’
Double-walled glass vase, partially tinted in shades of red, lemon yellow and orange-brown, with two olive-green tinted glass handles applied whilst hot, and an engraved reserve decoration of daffodil flowers and foliage. The foot and the two handles are adorned with a stylised floral design engraved in bas-relief.
Signature engraved with a point: “D. Christian Meisenthal”, beneath the base.

A “Narcisses” ("Narcissus") partially red, yellow and brownish-orange tinted glass vase made by Désiré Christian at Meisenthal, with two hot-applied olive-green tinted glass handles and an etched design of narcissus flowers and leaves, as well as floral patterns on the base and handles.
