A pair of silver torches resting on a round base edged with a foliage frieze at the bottom and a palmette frieze at the top, the fluted shafts terminating in three double openwork feet depicting deer paws and floral decoration, the top chased with a foliage and amatite frieze surmounted by large acanthus leaves. Original bobèches. Paris, 1798-1809, Master goldsmith Pierre PARAUD.
