Description
Small chest of drawers in mahogany or balata from the 18th century. This small chest of drawers has a wooden top moulded with pearl decoration and a corbin spout. The sides are decorated with small pearl mouldings and a small sunflower. It stands on a base with rounded sides, decorated with laurel leaves in pearled frames. It opens onto a curved front with three drawers in three rows and rests on a curved, leafy base finished with a small acanthus leaf and a small ball foot. Work in the Louis XV style, probably from the Louis XVI period in the 18th century. NB: Very fine quality of carving on this piece of furniture. Height 19.5 - Depth 18 - Width 34 cm.
