Mahogany and mahogany veneer desk. It has canted sides and opens with a wide drawer and a flap concealing a pedestal opening into six drawers and two panels in the lower section. The jambs are adorned with fluting and filleting. The panels and front are adorned with quarter round mouldings. The unit has a small projecting cornice and a base supported by a small straight leg. Lock with diamond-shaped rods. Grey veined marble top moulded with a cavet. Parisian work from the Louis XVI period. NB: One keyhole is missing. Very small cracks on the flap and on the left side. Good condition. Height 136.5 - Depth 40.5 - Width 101.5 cm.
