One volume, in-8 (19 x 13 cm), half-bound in midnight blue sheepskin. Spine with four raised bands, decorated and gilt, bearing the title in gilt; cover intact. Spine rubbed and uniformly and slightly faded.
A numbered edition limited to 1,531 copies. One of 210 printed on Rives laid paper, periwinkle blue. Frontispiece and decorative elements designed by Ciolkowski and wood-engraved by Maylander.
