Four moulded beechwood chairs with openwork lyre-shaped backs, resting on tapered fluted legs, the seat covered with tapestry; (accidents and restorations; original stains). Stamped by M. Gautron for Marc Gautron, a joiner who was awarded a master's degree in 1785 and settled on rue de Cléry in Paris. Louis XVI period. Height 86 cm ; Width : 47 cm Provenance : - Cited in the inventory of the Château de Roche drawn up in 1917 for М. and Mlle de La Haye-Montbault by Maître Lasquin.
