Description
Carpet probably Chiraz Kasgai (warp, weft and wool pile), South-West Persia, circa 1960-1980. (Worn, frayed and probably diminished). Length: 343 cm; Width: 242 cm. The carpet is embellished with seven blue, red and ivory lozenges framed by a garland of small lozenges on a navy blue ground with geometric floral motifs and small geometric animals.
