Wood, imitation tortoiseshell veneer and gilt bronze fittings with rocaille motifs. Stamped RB twice under the base.
Dial with two hands, Roman numerals for the hours, Arabic numerals and chemin de fer for the minutes. Top dial with one hand marked "Silent" and "Strike". On a brass base chased with plant ornaments. Mechanical movement with key winding (enclosed).
