Bergère In moulded beech with a grey lacquer finish, featuring a cabriolet backrest resting on four curved legs. Traces of a partially legible stamp: GIRADA... probably standing for Girardau. Back upholstery in embossed yellow velvet. Louis XV period H.: 103 cm – W.: 73 cm – D.: 76 cm (Flaking paint, traces of spring-loaded upholstery, a tear and a gap on one side of the apron, minor repairs). Jean-Baptiste Girardot or Girardau, cabinetmaker, granted master’s status in 1778. Expert: Arnaud Romieux.
