Jules Paul Benjamin, Baron Delessert (1773–1847), was a regent of the Banque de France, a baron of the Empire in 1812, and a member of the Chamber of the Hundred Days, before becoming a deputy for the Seine and then for Maine-et-Loire during the Restoration. Together with the Duke of La Rochefoucauld-Liancourt, he founded the Caisse d’Épargne de Paris.
