Description
NATIONAL UNION OF FRENCH SHOOTING CLUBS. A very rare original single-sided cast (255 mm) by Henri Dubois, based on Antonin Mercié’s statue *Gloria Victis*. This cast was used to produce smaller versions for the obverse of 4.5 cm or 2.1 cm medals, featuring the circular inscription ‘Honneur/Patrie’ and the signature ‘AM’ in the field. Condition: Superb.
