Ferdinand BARBEDIENNE (attributed to) with the stamp on the reverse: “Mechanical reduction by A. Collas”. 19th-century French school. A pair of busts of Antinous, one depicting Dionysus, the other known as Antinous of Mondragone, modelled on ancient originals discovered respectively at the Villa Adriana (1769) and at Frascati in the early 18th century.
