Louis FRANCIA (Calais 1772-1839) Sailors repairing their boats on the beach at Sangatte Watercolour, pen and brown ink 21.6 x 29.8 cm Annotated on verso in pen and brown ink "Sangatte au Vin du Blannez ou blanc nez ou proprement dit. Sand-Gate which means the sand barrier L.Francia".
