Folio-sized register, in brown half-basane, smooth spine (covers scuffed, edges and corners worn, title page yellowed, extensive worm damage affecting a few letters).
Bound by Moreau in Avallon (handwritten label). Handwritten title on the spine: ‘Ledger of expenses, sales, acquisitions, wines, daily records and copies of letters’.
The register comprises 138 numbered leaves, but only a small portion has been used. Regarding viticulture (harvests, wine inventories, sales, etc.), 8 pages contain significant information.
