Complete Works.... accompanied by 300 vignettes... by Victor Adam...Paris, Mauprivez, 1835–1836. 6 volumes, large 8vo, contemporary red half-basane, plain spine, title, gilt lines and fleurons (scuffing, foxing). Uncollated copy, the plates of which are taken from another edition (Furne), and were not drawn by Victor Adam but by other illustrators, including Traviès. Approximately 50 plates of birds and 60 plates of quadrupeds, all hand-coloured.
