Also included: - [DUNOD DE CHARNAGE (F.-I.)]. Commentary on the title concerning inheritance under the customary law of the County of Burgundy. No place, no publisher, 1743. Two parts in one in-8 volume, VIII-246-71 pp., contemporary brown sheepskin (defects including epigraph, gap in the upper spine, foxing). The second part opens with an introductory title: ‘Treatise on contractual institutions, according to the custom of the County of Burgundy’. Included: - [LA MONNOYE (Bernard de)].
