BYZANTINE SILVER RING WITH HOLY DOVE. Ca. AD 600 - 800. A silver ring with a flat hoop that broadens at the crown into an elongated bezel. The field is incised with the Holy Dove in profile, wings folded along the body, framed by a linear border. For similar see: J.
